I spent so much time working on this lately to the point that i can't even tell if i'm done with this or not. Any feedback appreciated!

This is pretty calm and relaxing, I like the sub-bass. Reminds me of chillstep. The hats seem a little to vibrant to me, but it's not that big of an issue.
The track is done only when you feel you've accomplished your original goal or fulfilled any sort of commitment towards this song. I f you want to end it I'd say you should start by either slowing down the synths untill you're at the very last line of synths or pads, then you can just end it with it fading out. Or you can just slowly take out each element with a filter in the master channel and just lower the low end and highend and the cutoff. I liked the melody and what you did with what I presume are the chords, nice and "sketchy," so to speak.

Overall this is a pretty good track, i don't really hear anything wrong with it, nor do I feel like it is missing something, maybe a pad or two, but other than that it's pretty good. Maybe when you start to build the elements again at 1:23 you can just make everything go soft or cutoff everything completely and slowly bring up the volume of each element then you can just surprise us with a sudden increase in volume and go from there. That's all I really have to say. Keep up the good work!

ty! hmmm I feel like i definitely could have added more to this, but I think by that point I would probably just be tacking stuff on. I'm mostly just feeling lazy and would rather work on another song than go back to this one tbh. Is that weird? I'm really having trouble deciding when it comes to deciding when I've done all i can to song from a music improvement standpoint. I guess I'm just bored of this one and want to try something new. Didn't expect to have these kinds of problems o.o
