This is a subforum that's use is for feedback. That does mean you'll want to pick A track to post and not A channel, put <pony> or <non-pony> and follow everyone's thread formatting, and do what everyone else does (in terms of sticking around and checking out other people's music and taking part on the forum). Just dropping off your whole music channel as your first post for some views and then leaving isn't a good start. Hence the lock.
