Hey guys, haven't been too active here but as soon as I get some things settled with my gear, I wanted to see if someone here would like to help me out. I'm writing this song out as pure acoustic (or, as acoustic as I can get) guitars, but I thought to myself that this would be awesome with someone doing vocals. I don't know about my own singing prowess (I am sure I am horrid at vocals XD) but I can't really come with good lyrics, perhaps just spit ball ideas. SO, I would like to ask for a singer and songwriter. I would prefer a female to sing, but I'm not too picky so long as the end product sounds good. I hope to make this a reality, and I'll notify you all when I get my things set up which may not be for another month considering tech support... also I'm at the dividing line between pure acoustic or acoustic rock, any ideas would be nice. If you're interested, and if I get a lot of people saying this should be acoustic rock and you are a bassist, guitarist and drummer you are welcome to help! EXTREMELY NEEDED! If you're a pianist and can help accompany this song as is, you are welcome to help! So yeah... let's get this going.

ALSO this was me messing around, that is why it's a long guitar solo. It won't be an overly long guitar solo in the finished works

I really like the song that u have posted in the soundcloud link. But I do have a few questions for you
1. You will have a better recording for the actual song correct?
2. What do you want the mood for the song to be. Inspirational Sad Mellow tells a story What is the ultimate goal with this track.
3. And lastly what is your inspiration in writing this track did what does it mean to you and what message do you want the end project to be.
The main purpose for all of the questions is to find where your heart is gonna be during the full production of this track. Just something I'd like to know and it can help me write lyrics as well!

Yeah, I’m having just a little bit of trouble with the sound right now, having contacted tech support to get the issue fixed, but the end product will certainly be of better audio quality. I am trying new methods to get the actual song ready to give a better idea of the song's progression. The song is meant to be somewhat of sadness for what is not there but of optimism for something better. My inspiration before my decision was to try and make some beautiful acoustic music, then I thought that over and it reminded me of Scootaloo and her wings, and that has been my inspiration to keep this going as a song for her. No flight but still soaring. Hope this helps!

I like the feel of your song Blitz, sounds very pretty =) It will be really cool to hear it once its fully recorded and all that =D I don't really have the time to come up with lyrics at the moment, what with working on so many other collabs right now where I already have to do just that XP But I would be very happy to throw my voice into this as a singer If you wouldn't mind, or still need one. I could sing lead, or backup (both harmony and/or melody), or whatever you would like for the track X3

Yeah, I'm so sorry for everyone who's waiting on me. School's just been a pain in the flank for me, but I've got my recording set up here, just hoping it works, and honestly I had the song done 2 weeks ago but my PC blue screened RIGHT when I had it how I wanted so I took a while to recompose myself. I will get this in tonight, or I am not Blitz-13. Which I am. Yus. Perhaps a slight fix in the recording, but aside from mixing in the vocals, there really isn't anything to mess with. So stay tuned if I do make another recording to clean stuff up.
