<wip><original> 12-21-13 Idea

I don't really know what I'm looking for in the way of criticisms to be honest. It's not quite done but I'm curious to see if there's any glaring issues with this that I'm overlooking. Also, how's the sound of that instrument at 2:30? I never try for those kinds of harsh sounds; I actually think it might be too harsh and not strong enough in the mono field but, again, I don't know.

Right now, I haven't implemented any sweeps, vocals, or much mixing.

Thoughts?

This is great so far!
I think the transitions could be better done, since they seem kind of abrupt to me. Also, some pads would work really nicely in some of the more quiet parts. The wubs could use a bit of work I think since they seem to be too "screamy" for my liking (could be just a personally preference though).
Overall, I love it!
I'm a huge fan of your work and can't wait to see how this turns out :D

That part at 0:31 could use a bit of reversed snares to make the snare bang louder. More reverb would help.

I think you're trying for the "expansive" feel. Widen the saws more.

1:30 Bring out the sidechains a bit more.

In the plucky parts, you could put more ping pong delays.

Sounds decent though! Great progression~
