<non pony><original> Headshot - The Anonymous Colt

I think i'm starting to get the hang of this music business. My mixing/mastering is still a bit shoddy, but at least i'm aware of the problem. I'd love some feedback if you wouldn't mind

I dig the unique sound design at the beginning of the video, and your mixing sounds pretty nice. The lead at around 0:40 might have a bit too much low end. What would this be, just Electro? I think you're well on your way. Maybe add some more compositional variety (change up the chords at drops n' stuff) and keep working on mixing (I don't think anybody ever stops working on mixing), especially watching the volume of elements relative to each other. Cool.

Your mixes are sure better than mine, that's for sure.

I like the mix of different "genre-sounds" here. Chiptune, DnB, Eurotrance. It all melds very nicely together. I think perhaps the "how" sound is a bit much at times. I'd suggest having some areas where it's completely gone from the beat, letting it come back later for a harder impact.

Other than that, I would agree that you seem well on your way here. I can't really tell anything "wrong" with your mix. Everything seems to be as clear and loud as they need to be. You could of course make it even better, but this is absolutely good enough, IMO

I was going for a more Glitch Hop song, but it kinda ended up more dubsteppy than I intended, so I guess you could call it Glitchstep?
