So I made another waltz. Yes, I know. Shut up.

This is a small side project. I put it together pretty quickly and wanted some feedback before really committing to it.

It definitely needs work, such as with the transitions, but my main concern is that it's too similar to La Valse d'Amelie. I'm trying to pay homage to it but still want it to be its own thing. Any particular ideas on how? I'm thinking something like timbral changes and melodic variation.

If I can't fix it I might just scrap it altogether.

Oh man, I loved that movie. Honestly though, I don't think its too similar.

The...what's it called again...accordion! The accordion sounds very fake, and a bit quiet.

My main concern with this is that it does change up, but it doesn't really evolve, it doesn't really go into something that feels like it expresses much, if that isn't a rude thing to say.

I have way little knowledge in theory to be able to pinpoint what to do, but something does need to be done with it. Maybe try to tie it together more, and maybe do some rather dramatical keychanges in the transitions?

That being said, this is really good, I did enjoy listening to it, and as it is, it is good enough. But it doesn't really do all it could do, if you get what I'm trying to say?
