I've never been good with genres, but this does sound kinda industrial to me. I gotta be honest, this is not my cup of tea, but I think the song could benefit from a little more crunch in the guitars and grittier, clangier drums. Just my two cents.

Industrial Rock for sure. I liked it overall. Almost a lite Skinny Puppy vibe. Very different and benefits from it as its well done for what it is. Great grimdark music.
