A project i started work on a bit ago, just want to know if it's worth carrying on making it and if any things wrong with the song so far.

This needs some serious work.

-The kick needs to be more present, right now it's almost drowned out by everything (even though there's not too much actually going on) and it's making the drums sound offbeat.

-STAY IN A KEY. Specifically the wobble and little lead thing. They're incredibly dissonant and out of key. The wobble's not really a bass either, and it just kinda sounds bad with the notes you chose. Also the lead melody just sounds bad.

-Transitions. Use them.

-It's repetitive. Change things up every 8 bars or so.

That's some of what I got from a glossing over of it. As for genre, it sounds like it's trying to be dubsteppy but it's not really there because that wobble is way too high pitched and there's no sub and all that.

Don't take this to mean that you shouldn't keep working on the project - by all means go for it. These are just things you can do to make it sound much better.
