ok im gonna make this the official real post, and all other topics you made concerning this song should be disregarded.

now as for the song, eh. kinda reminds me of 2003-era newgrounds flash portal stuff. next time, maybe have something other than the two bar sections that kinda repeat on and on endlessly. smth like a melody would be nice, 2.18-2.27 was kinda cool. but yeah you def just need to work on everything ever. what genre of music or what style were you going for?

answer: i was aiming for none specifically

I don't think that's the kind of attitude we want to have here.

I just meant it was going no where and what ever i tried it wasn't improving, so i stopped working on it to focus on another song instead. And besides that file and already been lingering unfinished for about 2 months.
It was just sitting there and i had no inspiration for the song, but if thats not what the attitude wanted will try to make it better when i'm less shit at making music.

It's a perfectly fine attitude to have. Although personally I'd leave it, start other shit, then some back to it later. Although, if I thought it just wasn't gonna get any better I might finish it up and release it anyway.

This is exactly the attitude we want. When people are just starting its important to get through as much as quickly as possible. At that stage its a much better use of time to just experiment, and figure out what everything does. Later on though you would be right, its important to "kill your darlings" as they say, and scrap all but your best work.
