Sometimes the standard patch on Massive is a saw wave mixed with a square wave. Are you sure the wavetable position knob was turned all the way to wave? because when I went to put Massive's Saw through an oscilloscope I found it to be a rather typical saw wave (identical to the bottom wave, obviously)
