Brony Art-inspired Music Contest

Welcome to the Brony Art-inspired Music Audio Contest!

How it Works:
1): Pick an art piece from a Brony artist you really appreciate.
2): Ask the artist if you can use their picture for the contest and make a song inspired by the picture (LINK them to this page!).
3): Create the song and submit it by posting the link on this thread before the deadline, also post the link to the picture that inspired it.
4): We are looking for at least 15 songs, 20 maximum (that means there can be a total of 20 winners!).
5): At the end, all of the winners have their work featured on the compilation album Brony Art-inspired Music and will be available FREE for streaming and download on bandcamp. Yes, credit will be given to you.
6): The tracks will be featured in both a EqBeats, and a Youtube Playlist uploaded on my channel! I will link back to your submissions and give credit in the Youtube videos.
7)This album will be displayed for FREE on bandcamp
8)Wait but what benefits do i get from this?:expanding your musical horizon,collaborating and basically getting advertised,so that more people can know you in a way its because i thought
we could all show our talent from both brain side and in the same time appreciate art togheter

Rules:
1): The picture you're using for inspiration must be rated T or under and cannot contain nudity or extreme violence. Though some blood is ok, but nothing grotesque.
2): Can be ANY genre (take your time and put in effort, you'll stand more of a chance).
3): Read Rules Above
4): Submissions can NOT be songs previously submitted before the contest start date, or contain your past song anywhere within the song. Gotta start fresh!
5): Submit your song(s) before the official deadline: July 29nd, 2013, 12:00 A.M. EST!
6): collabs allowed,but no remixes
7): You can submit up to 3 songs.
8): If you're unsure of ANYTHING not listed in the rules, feel free to ask us questions in the discussion thread!

It's a nice idea and i think hopefully a bit of people DO this already. I'm not sure how easy it will be to package an album around this if you cannot display the art WITH it. Also the 200 lb gorilla in the room is how are you gonna package this and are you gonna make it free, keep the money made, or give it to a specific charity? Not disclosing that part is a rather large omission. You also have to consider how beneficial these album events are when there are many each month. At some point people are gonna stop paying attention to them or not finding benefits from being on them.

So you said all art is allowed. Is the art going to be linked to in the album description like if they were mentioned in the liner notes, are they going to be mentioned in lyrics metadata, or what?

yes they are going to :3 every body will have their links artists and producers everybody as credit and is welcome to do any style with the arts

I would've totally done this, but I'm focusing on a track for TLK4 instead. :c Here's a MIDI of my song, I wrote it many months ago.
