I like to think of Pinkamena and Pinkie as two entirely different personalities, as if they're two separate ponies. I like Pinkamena a lot more than Pinkie, and Pinkie only scores this high because she is still linked with Pinkamena.

Rainbow Dash was probably the best pony in Season 1, and in subsequent seasons, without the guidance of Lauren Faust, the writers diminished her into a massive cunt. Rarity was also my least favorite in Season 1 because her entire character was just fashion and fabulousness. Now it's a tie between Pinkie Pie and Rarity, and Rainbow Dash still has some moments.
