Ooooo so many intricate sounds!
I've never before heard this genre... Hi-NRG is it? I definitely hear the retro, and I must say, very fun stuff. I wish I could give more accurate feedback, but again, I'm unfamiliar with what's standard for Hi NRG.
Perhaps it's a bit repetitive? I did a little research and found that most music labeled "Hi NRG" (that I found) includes vocals. Without vocals, maybe playing around with the melody could be beneficial. That way it's always maintaining interest, and the melody is more likely to become memorable.

Feel free to ignore me if I don't know what I'm talking about, but I did enjoy listening. c:

I can see where you're coming from, in terms of vocals and melody.

It's my first proper production, so I can definitely see some room for improvement, oh, and I would love to get some vocals in. I could do with a better melody, perhaps something a bit more progressive and Italian, maybe?

By the way, thanks for the feedback :)

Nice and demosceney. Feels a bit empty right now - some effects here and there surely wouldn't hurt, or would that ruin the retro feel?

I don't like the instrument that plays an octave above the melody at 2:42 - I get that you're going for a retro feel but that orchestra hit sample sounds outright cheesy. Replace it by the same, or a similar sample to the main melody's? Maybe synth strings?

I agree with Element6 in that it is very repetitive. Some variation on the melodies and even rhythms and basslines really helps to keep the song interesting, while not completely deviating from the tune.
oops I dropped the bass

will you pick it up for me
