I have one question, I have a song that I have been planning on remixing. If I get direct permission from the author, can I submit it?

If you have permission from the original artist I can't see there being an issue. Just be sure to tag your song properly for when you submit it so it's clear that its a remix and not the original.

Export in WAV instead of MP3, also, raise the Resampling to 512 point sinc and put all plugins on HQ
