I was told to wait until after the album release to upload the Youtube video, but I can't continue on the sub form without providing a Youtube link. Can anyone clear this up? I'd appreciate it.

Also i found a method of how i could make music with this crappy I3 CPU

1. work on the song until it becomes dertorted
2. continue on it in another project file
3. continue step 2 until song is finished
4. when finished save the MIDI files of all the projects and transfer them to the original project
5. set up MIDI instruments and export sound

song finished in a crappy CPU

helps avoid system crashes

But i still need to finish my song

You can only see your entry in the list (I submited something like two weeks ago), and Circuitfry said that the youtube link isn't required, you can put whatever you want in the youtube link box (like http://nope.derpy). You just have to give a proper download link (such as dropbox or mediafire) to your track.

I just made a youtube video and have it as unlisted so that I could put a youtube link to the full song, but then it's not out there so nobody can see it unless I give the link. It also helps because then the judges can judge the song without needing to download it.

(Also, itroitnyah: I'm pretty sure the judges will actually download them. I've found that mine actually sounds better downloaded than on Dropbox.)

I've heard that the 20th is the recommended date to submit by, so that submitters can correct any small errors before the real date (the 28th).

Agreed, for an event that's coming to a close there's a lot of conflicting and outdated information all around including on this forum. Would be great if the communication was edited and current.
