Tracks like this are kinda tedious at start and finish but those parts are usually included so DJ's can mix tracks easier. If you don't want to end up with a 5~6 minute track: start with a breakdown that builds up to the mid intro and at the end make a very short, mild, but powerful outro.
Btw... what I just said isn't a standard recepe for a hardstyle track. It's just a random example of what you can expect if you picked a random hardstyle track.
