I swear, every forum I got to that has something to do with audio/music production, there's always someone bitching about FL Studio's default drums, and the stuff that comes with the program. So in order to prove them wrong, I put together a 20 second long sample thing.

All the drums and the barely audible bass come from default sounds and VSTs on FL Studio. The snare, cymbals and toms come from FPC, and the kick you can find under Packs-Legacy-RealDrumkits-Kick2. The bass comes from BooBass, and I recorded the guitar to FL in like three minutes.
It's true, the drums still sound pretty bad and unrealistic, but come on; with a little mastering and effects they sound a bajillion times better than they do raw. And literally, all I did was set up 4 different FPCs (one for Snare, one for Toms, one for Hi-Hat, and one for Cymbals), put em through Fruity Parametric EQ or Multiband Compressor, adjust volume levels, add some reverb, and put Soundgoodizer on the kick and snare. That's it.

Really I don't know what this is to prove... anyway I enjoyed making this.
