I'm in the process of bringing my youtube out of semi-retirement, but it's at http://www.youtube.com/user/dominian42 anyway. There's mostly random old stuff, some Beach Boys covers and one recent pony-related track.

I did just get a soundcloud going, and I put a few other tracks there. http://soundcloud.com/replacer

Hi!

I'm.. Syn. >_> Sinshatter/Reject are the two ponysona's I've made, both pegasi. I'm 23, and I've been an MLP fan since I was a little girl. I'm currently studying animation and illustration in the UK, but I've always wanted to do music, just.. I was completely, utterly confused about it. I write lyrics and stories, and people say my voice is good, though I've never tried my hand in music(aside from playing bass guitar and singing at one point, ages ago).

I came across this place totally random, and after about a long debate filled with mind numbing nervousness, I gathered my strength and joined. So..

HI!

Wow, how did I never notice this...
Okay HI EVERYONE~
-My name is Josh, but my internetz name is StormWolf... Don't ask...

-I'm 14. For some reason I like to emphasize that a lot (I think I'm the only brony musician younger than ArtAttack? I dunno, I may be mistaken)

-My DAW/Sequencer is GarageBand. I think I'm the only serious brony musician who uses it. It's not as bad as some people think it is, but I would much rather have Logic or something.

-Loved music all my life, and made a few originals, remixes and remakes of some songs in the past, but now I'm making music much more often.

-MLP has changed my life. A lot. For some reason ever since I started watching, my school grades have been getting higher, I haven't been bored/semi-depressed ever since, and of course, the community has inspired me to do much more with music.

-I do way too many genres. For some reason I just can't pick one

-Lyra is mai waifu

-I'm planning on doing medicine, dentistry, chemical engineering or theoretical physics when I go to uni.

-I've skipped year 1 and year 9 of school D: Everyone's always 2 years older than me...

-I love playing with NI Massive... ITS SO FUN

-After the short while I've been on this forum, I've grown to like Interrobang Pie's personality a lot for some reason...

-I wrote too much... kthxbye~

Introducing!....Myself.

Hi, guys! My name is Adam and I'm a 19 year old University student from the UK. (Am I the only British Brony?!)

I've always been into music since a very early age. I had some lessons in violin & piano, but really found my niche with the guitar at around age 13. At around 16, my musical taste began to evolve away from guitar music and more into synthetic & electronic stuff. I'd been messing around with different programs for composing for about 6 months before I found what I liked within Ableton Live.

I've only been fiddling around on it for about a year now, so I'm by no means an expert! I love discovering new things & I'm looking forward to any tips you guys could dish out. ;)

.....Oh, right! This is a Pony forum, so I guess I better explain my bronydom too!

I'm a fairly recent brony, only being a fan of the show for around 5 months or so. I'm literally brand new in terms of composing fan music too, only uploading a demo of Pony themed song a few days ago. You can check that out it you want over on this thread:

viewtopic.php?f=18&t=725

What can you expect from me? Well, even I don't know the answer to that! I like to try my hand at everything, so expect the unexpected!

My favourite pony? Gotta be Rainbow Dash! :D

Fun fact: I'm eating pizza.

Thanks guys!

EDIT: Oh, yeah. I also have a YouTube channel which is where I'm going to be uploading my Pony stuff. It's empty for now, but check it out if you want. :)

I always love antics, so bring 'em on! ;)

I would happily share my secret with you, but my method only works with Ableton Live's "Operator" synth. If you're familiar with it, I'd be happy to explain! Other than that, I'm afraid I'm not too clued up on any other DAW's. My only other piece of advice for that sound would be to keep on making terrible sounding stuff until you find something magical!

Wait, what the fuck? I assumed Operator was a useless piece of crap, but if it can seriously make the stuff you're making, I need to give it a try sometime.

It's not crap, It's an additive synth. Which means that it simply works exactly NOT the way we are used to.

Never been a user of Ableton, but the little I've seen of this Operator synth makes me want to take a closer look at it. Drawable waveforms, FM synthesis, bunch of other stuff...looks pretty sweet.

The most amazing pony in all of Equestria has arrived!

Hello everypony! I can't remember how I happened upon mylittleremix.com, but here I am.

So an intro...okay.

Well, the first instrument I ever played was percussion, back when I was 3. I didn't take percussion classes for many many years after that, but I DID learn to play the trumpet. Then I took up percussion again, and, well, I love it. I've also taken a few classes here and there for...

Piano
Bass (currently taking classes)
Guitar
and Voice.

Trumpet and the drumset, however, are my main instruments.

Now, I also really really like composing. I've been composing on and off for the past 7 months or so, but I never decided to sit down and finish a song until around 2 weeks ago (when I got FL Studios!). Since then , I've completed two songs. Finished my second one yesterday night, actually. Composing is my favorite pastime, and I do some every day, whether it's 10 seconds of music or 2 minutes of it.

My favorite genre of music is the progressive stuff; however, I enjoy listening to any and every style of music except Reggaeton. (Not Reggae- I like Reggae.)

One of my favorite bands to listen to is Dream Theater.

I hope to study at Berklee College of Music in the future.

Trixie is best pony, Octavia is second best.

...and there it is, my intro, in a completely unorganized fashion! I hope to get to know you all in the near future :D
