As an ambient track, it's always nice to hear a lot of those distant, hollow sounds, like a train station concerto. What I like about your tracks is that they don't abuse white noise filter sweeps like some ambient. Also lol song for the lamest villain in the show.

Very nice song as usual Kyoga :3

I love those hollow resonant sounds at like 2:30, almost sends chills down my spine :3 The song really fits the atmosphere of (what I imagine) Sombra's reign to be, I like it

Sweet! how are you liking Ableton so far?

As for the track, there's a lot of elements just just don't sound good (:22, 1:34, 2:34, 2:50-3:00), they all sound like blatant clipping rather a musically 'dirty' element like I think you were going for. Those sounds took me out of the atmosphere you created in the other sections. Don't come back saying "not everything needs to be soaked in reverb to be ambient", those elements just don't work. Remove the hard distortion and reduce it to a lighter tape saturation with some extreme surgical EQ spikes to help bring a similar 'dirtiness' and then reverb as you see necessary.

I like that distant howling lead. Definitely sounds like Sombra biding his time out in the frozen wasteland.

Sorry, about to derail a bit...

The default reverb in ableton is a great tool but take s a little getting used too if you don't know much about the technical workings of reverb. First be sure to set the global quality to high (middle of the reverb), the size knob changes the 'smoothness' of the reverb; high values make the sound blurry and distant and low values make it more 'rough' sounding. Input processing (the left x/y graph) is a filter changing what frequencies go through the reverb. Decay time is the length of the reverb (obvious). Those are the main controls and will give the biggest changes in reverb sound.

oo thanks! the only things i usually move in the reverb effect is the decay time and dry/wet :P but yeah with this intel i think i better just mess around i with it and see how it works. thankzzz :D!!

I'm loving this, but aaaaaaaaa the feedback at 2:40ish. That's a bit too obnoxious >_< But this is pretty interesting to me since I have no idea how to make soundscapes yet
