I just finished my final year of high school this year. In English, we studied 'A Christmas Carol' by Charles Dickens, and as you guys probably know, the protagonist is called Ebenezer Scrooge. My friends and I were mucking around in class towards the end of the year, and the idea of Scrooge being a DJ kind of popped into existence. So DJ Skrudge was born, along with several song ideas that may or may not be made in the near future ('Drop the Pudding', 'Coinyoto (Yo Scrooge Profit Hard)' etc. etc.)

That month, around Christmas, we went to a game shop and I tried Halo for the first time. I had to create a new account to start the game at the beginning, so I tried to spell that odd name from memory.

I entered in Makkon instead of Mokkan.
I liked the new name so much I used it everywhere. It's the only alias that I am known by anywhere. One of the few ideas at that age that I'm happy with to this day.

As far as my name here goes, "Ed Viper" is an anagram of "Deprive", which was going to be the name of a song my friend and I were collab'ing on, but it kinda fell apart. So yeah, I guess there's a story there.

Viricide is the name of a game that I was playing the day I started talking to the person who is now my best friend
The Filly part might strike you was weird too since I'm male, but believe me, I wish I wasn't, hence "Filly"

When I was 10 and drawing comics, my brother, drawing comics as well, gave me the name Kayin Kento. His character's name was Eiyin Kento and we planned a collab for our comic doing what brothers do: Be stupid and save the world lol.

Since I suck at coming up with names, I just kept Kayin Kento for everything I do. Now that I'm doing more pony stuff, I asked some people here for help for a pony name.

Nine Volt came up with, "Magical Rainbow Pegasus Pony". And thus, MRPPony. Although its funny I'm more known as a petter than a brony xD but whatever

Another part of the reason for choosing Navron, is because I'm still active duty Navy,and the way units are named are usually an abbreviated version of the full name.

For example, Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron is a bit too long to fit on the sleeve of your dress uniform, so instead it would be read as, "HELSEACOMBATRON."

Then, if you think about it, Navron could be an abbreviated version of Navy Brony, or "Navy Squadron." Although I'll probably make it all caps, and have some sort of tactical scheme for a logo, hinting more towards the military background in the name.

Mine originated from DJ Fox, which is what I was going to label myself in high school. Right up until I developed the pet peeve of people calling themselves DJ's when they're not DJ's. (I wasn't, nor am I, a DJ.) DJ Fox was also my name in Timesplitters 2. I like foxes, so I wanted to keep "fox" in there somehow. My yahoo name for a while was FoxtrotUniformCharlesKilo (charlie was already taken, and for those of you who aren't perceptive that's the military phonetic alphabet spelling of "FUCK.")

89 was a number I adopted after I tried my birth year, which was already taken. 89 Has a nice ring to it so I used it.

[Hangin' From A Cloud]

I was just on a holiday in Transylvania when I thought up the name 'Hangin' From A Cloud'. I was sitting on a bus and was looking out the window. The sight was spectacular, we were driving on a mountain road, and the windows were overlooking a beautiful valley with only a few clouds strewn across the clear blue sky. One of my songs were playing in my head, and I thought: "this song feels like as if a pegasus is hanging on the edge of a cloud and is about to fall down". For some reason I really liked that "hanging from a cloud" thing at the time. It was kind of a "soft" name (fitted my soft-ish musical style), and one could say vaguely pony related (the pegasus and all...). And it... looks nice written down. So I rolled with that.
Afterwards I came to realise that it was a bloody verb and I'm calling myself an action, but whatever, I kept it.
Accidentally, the initials are all musical notes (H-F-A-C). I plan to do something with them, sometime.
This is just my brony artist alias however, in games and such I go by the bland name "starpirate94". But that's a different (and much more boring) story.

My OC's name is Morning Gaze, which came from an MLP name generator (this used to be my musician name until I realized it could easily be turned into an insult). Basically I tried to think of something that spelled out "MG" and came up with "Mesogears." "Gears" was the coolest-sounding word I could fit onto a "G," and the "Meso" came to me while thinking about geologic eras (Paleozoic, Mesozoic, Cenozoic).

Mine is... interesting to say the least. At first I came up with MasterofZombies (I was around 11, mind you) which was quickly ditched when I first got Minecraft, as that was too long. So I came up with The_Monkey as a backup, which was the name of my 3000+ post Minecraft Forum account. Whenever it was taken, it turned into The_Monkey868. This was due to one of my oldest Youtube idol, Miroku868. Eventually though (before me adding the numbers to my back-up name) , I had to make a youtube account. I decided to think of the most random thing possible and came up with Flying Ninja Bananas. I spelled it wrong, as you can see from my Username. I did not notice this for months, and could not change it. So I decided to keep it. Now, I'm trying to use either FlyingNinjaBannanas (Preferred) or Calamity (If I'm lucky enough).

I'm called Anthony, after my uncle. And there's a guy on The Wiggles (WHICH SPLIT UP AND GOT REPLACED AAAAARGH) called Anthony, and since I was 4 or 5 at the time, he was my favorite because we shared a name. So, my uncle has a thing for giving us nicknames, my brother and sister both have them and nowadays they're just our cute lil' petnames for eachother. Anyway, one of his for me was Anthony-no-wiggles, you can guess why. Eventually that became Anthony-No-Biggles, then Anthonobiggles and then just Biggles.

It kinda seemed natural to include something that made me so happy way back then into something that makes me happy now. So, Mr. Bigglesworth became my musical name. I also have an alias as Testsubject75 which came from me being the "testsubject" in games (ie: I was the one who got blown up in games for funsies)
