On the screaming part, there's always the Suicide Commando approach! Whisper the lyrics into the mic and just add all sorts of distortion, flange, and evil effects to it.

That's kind of what I ended up doing, because even my loud screaming sounds like I'm half whispering. Need to work on that before I do anything like this again.
