Different things work for different people. Fimbulin's suggestion of taking a mental break from it might help you to come back fresh.
What helped for me was realizing that it takes time. You need to allow yourself to suck before you can master it. I've been making music for 8 years or more and I'm just now getting to the point where I'm satisfied with what I write. Just this week, I went through an old folder on my computer of stuff I'd written over the past four years, and most of it was downright awful. Even when I had been at it for 6 or 7 years, I still sucked massively.
Just keep at it, and be patient. It's not the kind of problem you can expect to fix instantly.
