I wanted to make a sad song but it didn't turn out as sad as i wanted it to be. Maybe that's for the better. Who knows. Quite a few pops in this one that i couldn't get rid of and the mix isn't great either. I really need a decent DAW.

This sounds awesome dude! But I do agree, it gets a bit too happy for the rest of the song at one part. what are you using for effects? Could just be the distortion you used. Id go for something with more reverb and less of a crunch to it.

You've also earned yourself a subscriber. Can't wait to see what else you put out.

Okay, THAT was intentional. Towards the end i wanted it to be happier (more hopeful) than before without changing the sound too much. Glad that it worked. :D

I just fiddled around with the effects of the USB Audio Interface i use. The right guitar has some medium reverb and that's it. For the distortion i didn't use a (digital) pedal. It's just one of the plexi amps cranked up to maximum. You're right though. Less crunch would have sounded better but i couldn't get it to sound good so i made a compromise.
