But honestly, trampolines aren't that fun for me. I was always more of a tree-climbing kid. Hell, I still like to climb trees.

Trampolines, so awesome and so so dangerous. My middle school had a trampoline...it was awesome.

Trampolines are dangerous, but that's what makes them exciting.
I can't play guitar while jumping on a trampoline, so they're useless to me.

I landed on my head the other day attempting a double front flip and I got nothing but a slightly sore neck the next morning. (It seemed like a good idea at the time...)

They aren't rare in Australia so there aren't any sneaky Healthcare payments.

Now, whenever anyone jumps on it, the springs are so brittle that they snap, and shoot up into the air.

They're solid metal and if they hit someone on the head they could kill people.

But I'm Australian, so I'm used to things trying to kill me.

You know... I do enjoy those inflatable bounce platform thing-a-ma-jigs. We had prom this weekend, and had a jousting tournament using one of them.

This is pretty much the exact same one



No rules, really. Just pretty much beating each other until either opponent gave up or got K.O.

Needless to say... People got hurt. (Not seriously injured, though. Two people got dislocated thumbs, one sprained their wrist, and one *might* have a concussion. I don't think he actually got a concussion, though.)

Never got injured on them, but my cousin did. Let's talk about that.

She was jumping on the trampoline, and there was no pad to cover the springs, and she did a front flip, but started to go off the end of the trampoline, her arm got stuck in the spring area WHILE she was flipping, and once she completed the flip and fell off the trampoline, her bone snapped. And yes, you could see the bone sticking up slightly.
