Roselight Night: Confound These Ponies (Medley)

Hello! My name is Alex, but I go by the name of my pony OC Roselight Night. I'm a vocalist.

Honestly, that's all I'm going to say I am.

I can't even drop the bass. If I tried I'd probably make it fly away and everyone would be like "wtf, girl, you were meant to drop that bitch!"

Hell, I can barely strum.

So yeah, I'm a vocalist. In case you didn't get that already.

I'd love to collaborate with people who are far more talented in the way of actually creating music, so I guess all I can do is show you the only recording I have of myself singing the wonderful songs of MLP:FIM.

It's a really, really bad quality recording since I haven't figured out how to set up my mixer and mic with my MacBook but it should at least give you an idea of what my voice sounds like.

You may also notice that the only back up it has is some really, REALLY awful loops from Garage Band. Did I mention that I'm horrible at dropping the bass? Vinyl Scratch would slap me.

So I'm really, really sorry about that. I just really wanted to get some kind of digital proof that I can sing and that I sing the songs of the Ponies. I did have a version of this Medley where it was only my voice but it just sounded so boring and naked. So I shoved some loops on there. Again, I'm really sorry for how bad they sound.

If you're wondering why I'm apologising so much it's because I know I'm on a forum for amazing musicians and I predict that I'm about to get horribly lynched.

I think that you have a very unique voice and I think you could collaborate with someone and yield good results. You just need a better mic, I think after that with some good mixing you'd be golden. The only overall complaint is that the effects you had at times made it remind me of the 90's or something. Not sure. Other than that I think its overall good.

And we are not going to lynch you for not being a composer! It's quite alright! We all have our strong suits.
