TPAM uses studio monitors as their daily headphones because everything else they buy breaks immediately for no apparent reason.

Still, nope. I don't even have propper monitors, or monitoring headphones :/
I use an AKG K511 at home for music, cause that's what I got. I like them though. They go pretty darn loud without distortion, and they're super comfortable if you ask me. They've started breaking though...
On the go I have my trusty old in-ears with shoelace cables (makes them so much easier to roll up). Perfect for shutting out anoying, violin playing beggers on the subway.

Yes.... so much. Like I said, they seem to break for no reason. And studio monitors are the headphones.
