Name's PENG1 aka Chris. I am around 16 years old, and I am going to try this music thing. I have been playing piano since I was 8 and have producing songs since around last March, but I have not released any songs yet because they are too terrible atm. Fandom wise, I have been around since mid April 2013 (although my only claim to fame in here was putting a lazy mix on youtube), been lurking here since around November of last year. I am currently planning on more techno and dark ambient songs, but I eventually hope to produce Jazz-esque music someday. Hope to be a bit more active here. Also if you cannot tell by the name I like penguins.

but yeah pretty much just jump in and make music. That's the way to go.

About learning the 101 of FL though. You might wanna just watch a few tutorials on youtube and play around with it your self to begin with. We do try to be helpfull on this forum, but there's tons of resources out there. If you have questions, and you can't find a good answer, feel free to ask them in the appropriate thread.
That being said... If someone is willing to teach you then sure, I won't stop em.
