Secret Metal does all sorts of metal, but I think he has made more prog metal than any other subgenre with two very different progressive metal songs. L-train's music is mainly symphonic metal, but I know he has a prog-metal band, and I think he sometimes goes into the realm of prog with his pony music as well. He just released a mini-rock opera, so that's something. Pinkie Guy definitely has quite a bit of stuff in the realm of prog metal, but for some reason his channel is down, so I'd be cautious about including him without talking to him about that first. Oh, Cyril himself has some prog songs on his latest album, forgot about that. Doesn't Mathematicus also have some prog music, like that one cupcakes song with Dr Dycer? Dr Dycer cites Coheed and Cambria as his main influence, and they do progressive rock of sorts, but I'm not sure if I can group his music with prog. As for Vafrous Coyote, he's made of songs in all sorts of styles, I'm not sure if he's actually made a straight prog rock song, but I think he'd average out to prog. "For Luna" is progressive metal. I'm not really familiar with any of the other musician's music, but since this is prog/post-rock the post-rock musicians need to have some overlap with prog. The connections with IDM/Post-Rock and prog are clear, but some other music with post rock elements, like Time Babie's shoegaze, are clearly not in anyway related to prog, and shouldn't be included with such a list.
Another prog metal musician would be EpiPony, who does a lot of heavy djenty stuff. I know there are some other bronies making djent, but I can't think of any right now.
