pretty good for a first, what genre would you put yourself in?

I like it! Very good for a first song.

The mix sits pretty nicely in all aspects. My only criticism would to bring the vocals you introduced in the later part of the track more toward the front & center of the mix, as they sound a little bit too quiet compared to the rest of the track.

Very atmospheric and ambient vibe. Keep it up! It really is a promising start for you!
