what i would love to hear is slow moving backing synth personally. you have a bass sound filling in for that but a swap could perhaps be better (just a personnel want). as to what you have it sounds very good and quite organic though (a good thing!!). that late arriving keyboard (or picolo) sounds good. you have a great use of using multiple melodies and letting the instruments combine well. nice ending, very good job as this really feels like a coherent piece.
