I think that of all pieces I ever have written, Music Is Magic is the one that deserves having its own thread here. It is the only remix of songs I have ever written for full orchestra, and it is the only piece of orchestral music that isn't completely original.

In November 2011 I started working on what would become the biggest piece of music I have written so far - a medley of all songs from My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic. Back then we only had one full season and a few more episodes, so there wasn't too much to work with yet. As time passed, I noticed that "all MLP songs" was way more than just season one and Find A Pet, so I decided to wait for season 2's finale and come up with a concept afterwards. The plan I made back then was changed one single time when I decided to not include Happy Monthaversary, You're A Cranky Doodle Donkey and Oink Oink Oink. (I just didn't find a good spot for them since they are extremely short.)
Around March 2014 (when Music Is Magic still wasn't finished) I set myself a deadline: By the end of season 4 I wanted Music Is Magic to either be done or abandoned. Two weeks before the end of season 4 it was done: Music Is Magic was complete.

If you want, you can try to recognise every song in order. One hint: The song after the MLP intro is supposed to be Evil Enchantress. (It is kinda unfair without that piece of information.) The list with the exact times can be found on the SoundCloud page.

Good Job! Has a sound similar to the Viennese School in my opinion. Only suggestion I can give is maybe upgrading your sound library. Everything else sounds great!
