I almost forgot where this song was from, season 3 is pretty obscure in my mind.
Anyways, I think the synth at :29 is a little overpowering, maybe lower it a little or just volume automate it and slowly bring it in. The vocals are pretty good, I'm not too sure what language the spoken at :43 is but it sounds like it could be brought out a little more, the melodic elements seem to be drowning it out, maybe just lower any reverb or delay volume you have on them. and that background vocal is a little hard to hear also.
This has a pretty happy tone to it, which is nice because I like happy stuff. I'd rate it a 6/10, a 5 being average and anything above being better than average.

Truly, a lot of presets come with those Delay and Reverb options turned on. I made sure to disable them, or at least turn their cutoffs down.

For the vocal part, I think it is great as it is, I know the background vocals are drowning, but unfortunately I have no special channel for them, since they are in the whole acapella file. As long as we hear the acapella, nothing is bad, I guess ^^

The second language by the way is Japanese, by a Vocoloid called Hatsune Miku... Maybe you heard of it? It's a bit underground but she does one decent job most of the time...

For the synth, haven't found a better one after ... idk, 45 minutes of searching...

Thank you for the rating, is appreciated :)

EDIT:
Wait...
This has a pretty happy tone to it, which is nice because I like happy stuff.

This is pretty a melancholic song in my opinion. It seems happy, but listening through it's sentences, you feel a kind of sadness... It might be me, but I love melancholy. And this was a great opportunity. I even changed the melody for Hatsune a slight bit.
