I wanted to make a Dubstep/Brostep track that had a swing beat to it, so this is what I've come up with so far.

I haven't produced anything in quite a while, so today I've really been knuckling down and trying to make something that actually kinda doesn't sound like crap. I haven't mastered this yet, so the bass is non-existent and the track is really quiet...but, as I said, I haven't mastered it yet....I personally think all my stuff sounds like crap, even when it's mastered.

I'd love some criticism, so I know how to make the song not sound horrible, thanks.

Since you haven't mastered it yet, that pretty much takes away any of the criticisms I have. I'm no super master on dubstep or anything, but I've got no problems with any of the sound design or song structure or writing or anything like that. Add some bass, even out the mixing and everything, like you said, and this is really solid.
