I like this. I like this a lot. There is a nice stargazing feel to your pads and bells, not to mention the almost naivistic melodies. The samples seem to be fitting in well, and are nicely cut out. The rhythm seems to be matched well to the instrumental, although some de-synchronization seems to be present. That is to be expected, though. I'm guessing you didn't cut them up or modify their speed in any way.
I think the samples may be a bit high in the mix. Yes, they're the main focus here, but sometimes they completely drown out the instrumental, which I feel is a shame since I enjoyed it so much. Perhaps lowering the volume or some subtractive EQ could straighten this, though the latter might screw with the voices if done too hard.
Is there a kick drum here? I can't hear it. A pronounced kick would probably mess everything up, but even a subtle "whoompf" would be nice at times. Especially when the voices are pausing. Not too sure, though. You may have made the best decision as is.
I like the bassline. It's so non-intrusive, yet I feel it. I'm not thinking about it, but I'd definitely notice it if you had removed it. Which I feel is the correct choice to make when dealing with this style.
Overall, I really enjoyed it. I'm not going to download the song and play it nonstop, but I wouldn't mind if it started playing as part of a list.
