While this definitely does sound relaxing and lovely, the piano and backgrounds don't really work with each other in tems of space very well. I don't know what kind of piano instrument, VST, or effects you're using, but overall, there are a few things that make the piano and background noise sound a bit too unnatural.
Firstly, The piano sounds like it has a lot of saturation, delay, or reverb on it. While such kind of space emulation sounds wonderful with a solo piano, the fact that there is no such simulation on the background noise makes it sound like two completely different spaces. To kix this, I might suggest adding some reverb to the backgound noise, and perhaps taking a bit off the Piano, and finding a good balance where both sound good, and the echoes or space sound the same. Similar things could be done to things like panning to make the space sound more realistic, (That piano sound like it was recorded with a close mic) but for now, that's the main issue I'm hearing.
Other than that, I like most of the other things I'm hearing. The melody and backgrounds are fairly simple, so it makes a relaxing mood, and isn't to obtrusive. I might consider making the background noise a bit less prominent, but asthings are, it's definitely a nice piece.
