It sounds (and looks) like you used a bit too much compression. I can hear the gain drop during every kick, and during the segments when the kick plays faster, it loses a lot of punch. The softer parts are coming across as louder than the loud parts of the track.
You also have a bit too much going on in the 250-400Hz region, which is making it sound rather muddy.
- Boost your kick very slightly between the 100-125Hz region.
- Boost your snare/clap a little more in the 150-200Hz region.
- Cut about 2-3dB from the 250-400Hz region.
- Add a high pass filter to the vocals with the cutoff around 350Hz.
- Boost the vocals at 2KHz by no more than 2dB.
Try to use less compression on the next version. If your song isn't getting loud enough, try panning your higher frequency instruments to the left and right a little bit. Try a compression ratio of 2.5 and a threshold of -15. Release will defer from song to song (I usually set mine from 150-250ms), and your make-up gain should be no more than 2-3dB.
