Everything below are my personal opinions, and not being too experienced with music production, you should take them with a grain of salt. That being said, I listen to a lot of music, so I hope you find some value in my thoughts.

I like the Lowpass filter in the intro, but I felt the part with full treble was a bit short. Would have liked a full bar with the Lowpass out, before the calm took over.
The second time the Lowpass filter came in, it felt a bit annoying. I've already heard it very shortly ago, so it felt unnecessary. Not bad, just a bit used by that point.

The voice-sample is cool. That glitchy, airy voice has a very unreal feeling to it. And I love synthetic feeling music.

I'm not a big fan of your wubs. To me, they sound a bit messy and all over the place. Like there's no real theme going on. Just wubs for the sake of wubs. I think you might have slightly too much going on. A little less would possibly have made it stand out better to me.

There's something about your mix that seems a bit off to me. Like the sound is clipping, even though your waveform implies it's clearly not. Perhaps a bit too much compression on the bass? I'm not sure, but there's a definite something there.

The choice of sounds is classic and good. They might sound very familiar, which that gives me a mental "shelf" to place the song on.

The song itself isn't bad at all, and there's some interesting things going on here. Especially in the intro. It just didn't sit well with me.

The intro sounds like its clipping hard, but you turned down the master fader or something for it. Take a look at your effects chains, just because the output is clipping doesn't mean that it isn't at other places.

The actual song is a bit chaotic, but not its not bad. A cleaner more focused drop would help. The vocals are pretty cool.

All in all its not a bad song, not great either, but it has a lot of potential. Keep working, and make sure you check for clipping and stuff in the future!
