I'm not an expert on electronic doohickies, but when listening to this, I kind of expected a ticking or hihat 'tss tss tss tss' to be in the background, alternating between left and right ear...it's difficult to explain, but maybe that will help?

If you're doing it with FL Studio, the instrument's leftmost knob (right beside volume which is beside the instrument) is the panning. Just add in the event for pan.
