This sounds like a ponified soundtrack of TRON Legacy. That background noise sounds like an arena's crowd cheering on the competitors. I wouldn't be surprised to find this in one of the Pony Games on fellow brony sites.
The only drawback I can find is that it has a risk of sounding repetitive in some parts. But otherwise, well done!
