Sounds good. I'd maybe add some low-end weight (~200 hz) on the rhythm guitars or boost the bass guitar around there for a similar effect (you might want to move the "tone" knob up so it cuts through, actually), but otherwise your mixing is clean. The vocals are a little overpowering, though.

When having two prominent melodies like at 3:34 and 3:55, try panning one of them (the guitar, as the vocals are in the middle the whole song) to one side.

The fade out felt a little too abrupt.
