The intro is a bit grating, but the arcade FX work fine I suppose.
I can seriously barely hear the vocal sample, it's way too quiet in comparison to the rest of the song.
When the drums come in, there's too much noise on your low saw synth. Lose the white noise, it's obnoxious. That snare is also too loud I think (don't have my proper headphones to check).
The kick is making it clip, probably because it isn't sidechained/is too loud in the first place. Makes the song extremely hard to listen to. You really could do without that chant in the background as well, or make it stand out more if you want to keep it.
The buildup is literally a mishmash of synths, few of which have any relation to one another. Those three kicks before the drop are unnecessary and just cloud up the already hard to hear vocal sample. Regarding said sample, it's very generic. "Drop the bass" has been used in many forms to the point of parody.
Speaking of the drop...
It's waaaay too noisy. And clips a lot. It's honestly hard to listen to. Sidechain your synths, hats, and bass to the kick and snare, which are too loud already. The bass doesn't stand out as really being a bass, and I can't hear a sub (again, I don't have my proper headphones so I could be wrong, but I don't think so as I can usually hear part of the sub on these anyway). That vocal stutter sample is barren and a bit awkward sounding. It doesn't work. The drop in general sounds like you just took a bunch of square wave, made sounds out of them, added a kick and snare, and called it a drop.
After the drop, the arp and melody synth do not work together.
The buildup to the second drop has the same clippy sounds - are you using a limiter on your master, by chance?
That "problem?" vocal sample is just stupid.
The 2nd drop is even more convoluted and noisy than the first. I thought it was going to be the same but then you introduced those (potentially preset) dubstep sounds and it just sits on top of the mix and clips even more. Like, holy shit the drop is far too noisy. Other than the newly introduced sounds it's pretty much the same thing though, with the same problems.
The outro vocal sample shouldn't be there.
Overall, you
really need to work on your mixing and sound design. It could be a good song, but in this state a 4.5/10 is appropriate. The mastering might actually be the source of the clipping; it sounds almost like you added a Maximus preset on it for max loudness or something.
Also, it's kinda strange how you labelled it "experimental dubstep" (which it is not, I think) on soundcloud but "dubstep" and "chip" here.
