Hi, glad to see you are taking the time to give so many others feedback!
Personally, I think that house seems like the wrong genre to try to make a dark themed song out of. A song called Twilight's Coruption, to me, would be fairly slow, atmospheric, and eerie. House is dance music, usually kind of up beat, with a very steady tempo, and doesn't seem to have the right rhythm or sonic paradigm to capture the theme you are going for.
That said, I like how your music kind of takes you on a journey that follows the scene you wrote for it: it's fairly up beat at first, has a neat slow down, and build back up into a darker track at 3:13. Very good concept for a song.
The execution could use a little work: drums could be a bit thicker (wrong word?), like maybe add some reverb or delay. The song isn't particularly "interesting" in that you generally dont' have very many things going on at once: one note pattern, and one lead synth, and the drums are the only notable things I could pick out at any given moment. Adding some more instruments that play a slighly different pattern could give it a bit more diversity. I would recommend a pad sound, something very mellow and "wide" that would fill in the gaps between the rest of the sounds, as well as something to give it more bass.
I would be really interested in hearing a similarly themed song with the same structure in a different genre with a slower tempo and darker motifs.
