Y2k
Pretty cool, though I'm not really feeling the dissonance at the end of the riff. It just feels out of place to me; just a personal preference. Also it's really bugging me how it's not titled "Y2K" :3

You're Too Ever Free
Nice and simple intro. That hat has a bit too much fizzy(?) content IMO. Those chirpy sounds in the background are a bit too far panned. That arp is also a bit loud. I really like the part at 1:25 though. It starts to feel a tad tired towards the end, although I can tell you're changing the melodies but it doesn't seem 'different'. I don't know if that makes sense or not.

Midnight Jungle
Right away not a bad arp. Kinda unusual progression how it jumps up like an octave though, pretty well executed. That lead thing kinda jumps all over the place with seemingly little coherence. The hats start to get boring about 2 minutes in, then they go more minimalistic and it's fine and then they go back to the same pattern.

Swing
Right away you've got like the same arp stab thingy as one of the previous tracks, but that's forgivable. I was expecting more of a swingy thing with that name admittedly.

Overall critique:
I think you just need to work on your structure and make it less minimalistic (unless that's what you're going for), because right now the songs themselves are good, it's just that they get a bit boring to listen to towards the middle-end parts.

I can't tell if you're serious or not, but don't. If you really feel like you're not improving then you should expand your bounds; try genres other than chiptune, and maybe you'll find that you like another genre more. Maybe not, but there's nothing bad that can come of trying new things.

Seriously, try other genres, and don't just give up on a genre after only doing one song.

Don't give up. If you really feel creatively dead, take a break from music. It could be a few days or weeks or months without opening your DAW, but just don't give up. We all go through periods where we feel like we've lost all our creativity. Everyone in any creative field does, not just musicians.

Also, have you really tried crossbreed or reggae or dub or dark ambient?
