It's a cool, spooky song, very background/ambient-y. Awesome for nightmare night! The effect at 1:47 was awesome! I don't think it ever played again, which is sad, because it was cool.

Maybe put a little variation on the drums. I know it's an ambiant track that's not supposed to be super attention grabbing, but I think it wouldn't hurt to just cut out certain parts of the drum rack for little sections to spice it up.

Kinda has an almost Boards of Canada-like feel to it. Very chilled. Overall, it's not really my style, but I can't really fault it for that.
