[Original][Pony] Desolation

Hey guys! I actually wrote this song before the beginning of Season 3, inspired by some leaked photos of a desolate-looking ponyville. I went back and fixed some things and improved the mixing a lot, and here is the final product! Very happy with how it turned out.

You did an amazing job with the melody and the backing chords. Very nice progression.

As far as composition, I felt that although the track had a lot of strong elements, it could improve from some subtle motion and ambient effects. It sounds kind of flat, but I think some white nosie filter sweeps could do a lot. And I think a little bit of (or more) reverb on the synth and hi hats would have brought things together more smoothly (than it already is). And I think a small panning automation on the hi hat gallops would have been really cool.

But yeah, keep it up, nice track.
