I dunno. It's electro, but I'm not sure if it's "fast"

The theme is suppose to be "fast", but it doesn't need to be, it's just what they mostly want to see, you can definitely send it in though.

I really like how upbeat the melody is though, I think the Vowels however are a little forced, they really take away from the upbeat melody that you've built around. I think something else, or a tweaking of the Vowels to better fit the melody/feeling is required though.

Also I wouldn't send this to R&R because it's probably not finished. But when you do finish it, then yes please do it

I'm not too into dubstep/electro and stuff like that, but the "YOI'S" then, as I'll call them since I know they're called that, or growls, or whatever haha.
