<WIP><Electro (I guess)> "Her Daring Garden" Feedback wanted

Hello Forum!
I know nearly everybody is mostly sick of listening to Remakes/Instrumentals and stuff about Beyond Her Garden...
But oh well I did it anyway..
I would love to get some feedback on it as this is my first Electro song and even my very first Remix. (Been doing Orchestral before)

Every feedback is welcome as long as it is honest.

Hi.
Personally, I don't mind Beyond Her Garden/Rainbow Factory/etc. remixes as long as they're unique, but that's just me. My first remix was a mere 5 months ago, so congrats, I hope you'll find that remixing songs is a ton of fun. c:

Being honest here, I think there were a ton of great ideas that, if executed properly, could have made a really cool song. I hope that I can help out a little bit.

First, how confident are you in your EQ work? I feel like a lot of the sounds were all smooshy and meshed together. And the low end at the beginning was super crazy; I think it could have been toned down a bit.
Unless that's what you were going for, then that's alright I s'pose.

I definitely liked the vocal glitching, that was nice. I only wish that it stood out more, and I think that with some EQ and careful mixing that could be helped. I like the direction taken starting at 2:34. The drum pattern works well with the glitchy vocals. Just make sure the kick and snare are powerful enough for this sort of electronic music. ^^

One last thing I'd like to point out would be the times such as 1:31 where I feel like it's a tad too busy. Lots of things going on at once, y'know? I think I can see what you were trying to do though. When making music I like to think things like, "How can I make this particular instrument sound great" rather than trying to put some instruments together and try to make the song as a whole sound great right then and there.
I don't even know if that makes sense so you should probably ignore that advice ahhhhh

Anyway, good luck! Keep working on it, and I'm sure you can make some really great music~

Thx a lot for your feedback! When it comes to EQ and mastering, I'm not even close to be good at it. But for the sake of having atleast any mastering in there I mostly use presets from Maximus.
I'm going to try out your suggestions and play around with the EQs a bit more once I'm back home.
