Alright, got this done with. I decided to go more for the progression of the mood of the episode instead of a specific theme or character. It starts off with Dash and the other waiting for the letter, and in the same area, Dash's travel and welcoming to the academy. It's light-hearted, soft, and generally airy with just a hint of punch. The next movement is her beginning training, specifically with Lightning Dust. It picks up quite a bit of speed, lots of movement and different things going on, and drums to demonstrate both Dash's and Dust's hard-hitting attitudes. The next section is when the tornado starts stirring about, nearly killing Dash's friends and where Dash decides she might just quit the team. It's a darker part of the episode, and in a way, kind of intense. Finally, it ends with Dash being accepted back into the Academy, the training continuing, and everything in general turning out alright.

Please interpret any part as you wish, though. These were merely my initial intentions.

Ahh, this is what I love to see in music. Storytelling is one of the most important skills a musician should master imo, and it sounds like you've got it down quite nicely. Smooth transitions too! Nice job man.
