Yo, the distorted amen break needs some reverb if it's going to fit into this song, otherwise it just sounds flat, and kills whatever the abab bell progression had going for it. it's an interesting concept, but needs a little more refinement. Also it needs an actual progression and structure. Idk, cut out elements, bring in new ones, add a different break at certain points, make it concise, man, because right now it's just sitting at being a long-ass intro with no break away.
