Again this is just a personal opinion, but for the first phrase (0:00 - 0:09) I would have just played one accented note for each bar, rather than the full counter melody (Not sure what's it actually called, whoops :p)
The final section is pizzicato with staccato layered over it to give the song a feeling of progression (Like the original).
The Staccato that almost mimics the vocal melody at the end wasn't brilliant but i found the pizzicato sounded a bit too "clicky" in that high register :\
This is just something I made as something to do. Mainly because they gave away the vocal stream by istelf and Octaviaspianist released a midi I could work with. I was thinking of creating an extended version with an instrumental solo which might bring in some woodwinds.
